Prints

My prints are a high quality reproduction of my original artworks.

Shipping and Delivery estimates

I only ship within New Zealand - I currently do not offer international shipping.

I offer free shipping within New Zealand. A packaging and handling fee of 5% will be charged at checkout.

Original Artworks:

Please allow 2 - 3 business days from your payment confirmation for your item to be packaged and shipped.

Once it is shipped you will receive an email confirmation that it has been sent with a tracking number included. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order.

You will be advised if there are any delays in shipping times.

Prints:

Prints are ordered on demand - please allow up to two weeks for your item to be printed, packaged and shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Original Artworks

My original artworks are one of a kind. I do not accept returns, exchanges or change of mind.

I do not accept returns for items that were purchased as part of a sale.

I do my best to represent the colours correctly for artworks. However the accuracy of colours on a computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork.

Prints

My prints are all a high quality reproduction of my originals. I do my best to represent the colours correctly, however the accuracy on a computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual print. Please contact me if you are unhappy with your print - you may send it back at your own cost and I will refund you for the item. Any print purchased in a sale is not refundable.

Damaged Items

If in the unfortunate event that an artwork you have ordered arrives damaged, I am insured for this, so if you would follow these steps that would be much appreciated:

Take photos of any damage to the external box or packaging. The shipping label on the box. The damage to the artwork or frame. Please send all photos to me by email within 14 days so I can resolve this for you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once this is all received I will arrange for a refund to you.
