1. Free shipping within New Zealand on all original paintings

2. International shipping for my orignals is available. Please contact me on the form at the bottom of this page. I can organise a personalised quote prior to purchase.

3. All international shipping costs for original paintings include packaging and courier costs. Any taxes or duties applicable at the delivery destination are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Please allow 2-3 days for processing and packaging your order from the time of purchase.

5. Prints are ordered on demand. Please allow up to two weeks from your order date for your item to be printed, packaged and shipped. I currently ship prints directly to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. If you live outside these areas please use the form below so I can organise a quote for you.

6. All orders are processed in New Zealand dollars

7. Delivery times are as follows:

   New Zealand - 2 - 3 working days

   Australia - 7 - 10 working days

   Rest of the world - 14 - 21 working days

8. We will let you know at the time of ordering how many working days it will take for your order to be dispatched. When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number. We will do our best to have the Goods with you within the estimated timeframe. However, sometimes factors outside of our control may cause delays. Please contact us if you have not received your item one week after the estimated timeframe. To the extent of permitted by law, Cara Wilde Fine Artist will not be liable for losses arising out of or in connection with late delivery or delay.

9. We take no responsibility for any Goods that go missing or are undelivered as a result of you providing incorrect or insufficient delivery information.

10. Goods will not be shipped unless full payment has been received by Cara Wilde Fine Artist for both the Goods and associated shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds

1. If the Goods are damaged, defective or faulty at the time of delivery to you, we will replace the Goods if available, offer an alternative of the same value, or refund (excluding card fees). Please provide Cara Wilde Fine Artist with photographs of the damaged Goods.

2. If you wish to return Goods in accordance with clauses above, please notify us within 28 days of the Goods being dispatched. Contact us in writing through the email address cara@carawildefineartist.com and provide the reason(s) as to why you wish to return the Goods.

3. All Goods returned should be in the original condition and packaging. We reserve the right not to accept a return of Goods which, upon our investigation, are found not to have been damaged, defective or faulty at the time of delivery.

4. We will not issue a refund or replacement until the Goods have been received. If you have any problems regarding your order contact cara@carawildefineartist.com

5. Nothing in these terms will limit or affect your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act.

6. Cara Wilde Fine Artist does not accept exchanges or returns.

Copying or unauthorised use of my artwork is prohibited. All artwork is the exclusive property of Cara Wilde and is protected by the New Zealand copyright act 1994 and international copyright and trademark laws.

I reserve the right to my artworks and can reproduce them as prints, merchandise, products or use them for marketing purposes at any time.
