Technicolour Tui is a bold, contemporary celebration of one of Aotearoa’s most iconic birds. It is rendered in strong graphic shapes. Its sleek black body contrasted by layered blues through the wing and tail. The distinctive white throat tuft becomes a luminous focal point - a soft circular accent that balances the sharp geometry surrounding it.

The background bursts into angular coloured fragments, arranged like a stained-glass mosaic. The faceted shapes around the bird amplify its presence and give the composition a sense of rhythm and movement.
